Snooze is from Colorado. they recently opened a San Diego location and I want to go there every day.
the food is fantastic. they have several eggs benny dishes and delicious specialty pancakes.
i am not a big runny egg person and i'm not a HUGE fan of pancakes. i can take them or leave them but not these.
had a flight of 3 pancakes. pineapple upside down pancake, apple/fruit compote pancake of the day, and a red velvet pancake. all awesome! and the side of bacon infused caramel is something that i want on everything from now on.
split the traditional eggs benedict (just the right size when split). so very good. yolk wasn't too runny and hashbrowns were just crispy enough.
the reason i am an instant fan of Snooze is because they are good to mother earth. they are only the second restaurant in San Diego to compost. and they "make a continuous, conscious effort to provide a “green” or sustainable environment".
so awesome!
